Inspired by the words proclaimed by the Lord Jesus in Luke 4:18-19, the goals of Lucerna Ministries are aligned with the mission of the Christian spirit in the world, and are focused on five areas of encounter and accompaniment:
Human Dignity – Raise awareness of human dignity issues, and perform works of mercy to care for the poor and our common home.
Mercy – Proclaim a message of forgiveness, healing, and reconciliation to a wounded society in search for peace.
Formation – Develop and educate individuals, families, and communities on the Catholic faith and on its teachings related to the duties of missionary discipleship.
Prayer – Foster opportunities for prayer that grow spiritual relationships with God and neighbor.
Evangelization – Advance resources for evangelization to equip disciples to charitably and confidently spread the Gospel.
